About the Role
Deliver an exceptional food & beverage experience (hot breakfast, bistro, or grab-and-go) that meets Courtyard by Marriott standards and delights guests.
Responsibilities
• Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, specialty coffee, and menu offerings per Courtyard by Marriott recipes and standards.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and prep areas to health department standards.
• Stock and replenish food, supplies, utensils, and grab-and-go items.
• Set up, break down, and clean equipment; assist with opening and closing duties.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests.
• Support other hotel needs to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Follow uniform, appearance, and service standards.
Required
• Prior food service, barista, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and focus on cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic food prep and safe food handling knowledge (ServSafe a plus).
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred
• Previous hotel or brand F&B experience.
• Food handler certification.
