Role Description The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Mishawaka, IN, responsible for leading all sales efforts for the property or portfolio. This role oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, including prospecting, account management, and revenue-generating initiatives. The Sales Director manages key relationships with corporate, group, and local accounts, conducts sales calls and site visits, and negotiates contracts to maximize occupancy and rate. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts, collaborating with operations and marketing teams, and guiding the sales team to meet or exceed targets. The role also involves representing the property at industry events and maintaining a strong presence in the local community to drive business growth.
