Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies through proactive outside sales efforts.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing customers.
- Manage B2B sales initiatives by identifying target markets, conducting outreach, and closing deals that align with hotel objectives.
- Utilize technology sales tools such as Delphi to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee business development activities by analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to booking.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, management, and B2B sales within the hospitality or related industries.
- Strong marketing acumen combined with technical sales expertise to promote hotel services effectively.
- Proficiency in Delphi or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
