Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of building systems, with a primary focus on plumbing installations, boiler maintenance, fixtures, and piping.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
- Support preventive maintenance programs for plumbing and other mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and contractors on major maintenance projects and renovations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs of electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Support HVAC maintenance tasks such as filter changes, thermostat checks, and system inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and inventory.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Strong understanding of construction inspection procedures, system design principles, and technical writing standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
- On-call for services as necessary including nights and weekends
- Must have own tools

- Basic Phone and Computer Skills
- Physical Requirements include heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds), climbing and frequent bending and kneeling
