Job Summary
Deon Design Custom Builders is a fast-growing construction company working on a mix of commercial and residential projects. We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber who can handle projects from underground to finish.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Prepare material takeoffs and material lists
- Order plumbing materials
- Perform underground plumbing
- Complete rough plumbing (commercial & residential)
- Install fixtures and trim
- Ensure work meets code and inspection requirements
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades
Requirements
- Journeyman Plumber license or strong equivalent experience
- Proven commercial and residential plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of underground and rough plumbing
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
