Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing commercial roofing estimates and project proposals
- Support Project Managers with project coordination and documentation
- Track job progress, schedules, and material needs
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Maintain organized project files, reports, and documentation
- Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries
- Provide project updates and support to field crews and leadership
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Construction or roofing experience preferred but not required
