We're hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee renovation, capital improvement, and maintenance projects across a residential property portfolio. This role combines estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

- Manage projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and material deliveries
- Track schedules, costs, change orders, and project progress
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality and resolve field issues
- Communicate with internal teams to align timelines, priorities, and expectations
- Experience in construction project management, estimating, or property renovations
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting active properties
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
