Key Responsibilities
- Weighing powder for machine operator
- Refill powder container, manage gaylords of powder
- Assisting in loading and unloading machine as needed
- Transporting product/balls between work areas
- Duties may require use of power tools
- Inspecting quality of finished goods
- Maintaining a clutter free, clean work area
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications requirements
- Must be able to distinguish the difference in colors
- Must be able to perform simple math functions
- Ability to work both independently or within a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given and prescribed routines
- Familiarity with manufacturing environment and simple tools- some previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- A self-starter who can multi-task
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (infrequently) Daily duties may require lifting to 25 pounds
- Ability to lift above head frequently during a shift
- Able to stand for 8-10 hour shift in a very warm environment
