Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the handling of materials, packing orders, cutting foam, using a roll pack machine, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and clamp trucks for loading and unloading materials.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
• Build and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to operate order pickers and other warehouse machinery safely.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory.
• Capability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as needed throughout the shift.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by operational needs.
