Now Hiring a Powder Coating Line Operator for a Great Company in Tallmadge, OH
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate equipment that applies coatings such as:
- paint
- powder coating
- varnish
- protective chemical coatings
- Monitor coating flow and coverage
Inspect finished material for:
- proper coating thickness
- even coverage
- defects like bubbles, streaks, or contamination
- Clean coating equipment and tanks
- Change filters or nozzles
- Identify and report machine issues
Schedule: [First Shift] 6:00am - 2:00pm [Second Shift] 2:00pm - 10:00pm [Third Shift] 8:00pm - 6:00am
Starting Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE [Paid Weekly]
Incentives:
$150 Attendance Bonus Paid Out Bi-Quarterly
