We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing the accounts receivable function and ensuring timely collection of payments from our customers. Accounts Receivable Manager Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer payments in the company's accounting system
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports
- Communicate with customers to resolve any billing or payment issues
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of all customer accounts and interactions
Accounts Receivable Manager Qualifications & Skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management
- Proven track record of success in collections and cash application
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
