Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in SCCM deployment processes and configurations.
- Proficiency in server folder permissions and network shares management.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting and remote command line interfaces.
- Experience with Active Directory for remote management and account administration.
- Experience in imaging, troubleshooting, and configuring laptops and network printers.
- Experience with PRTG, remote desktop, and registry modification tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Execute remote Tier 2 technical diagnosis and troubleshooting for distributed office locations.
- Manage enterprise computer accounts, mailboxes, and distribution lists via management apps.
- Perform hardware imaging, software installations, and desktop data migrations.
- Coordinate the setup of new computing equipment and the removal of outdated assets.
- Implement enterprise information security policies and technical guidelines.
- Resolve technical issues and document workflows within the ServiceNow support system.
- Provide product guidance and hardware repair support for end-users across multiple regions.
