- Provide end-user support across Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile devices
- Deliver high-quality, customer-first technical support
- Assist Service Desk by actively taking and resolving intake calls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site leadership
- Contribute to operational readiness and process improvements
- Participate in cross-training and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Act as backup support for site lead when required
