Position- Project Manager – Custom Millwork
Location- Charlotte, North Carolina
Position Type- Full Time Position
MUST HAVE
High-End Residential Millwork Experience
Must have direct experience in custom millwork / cabinetry
Ideally in luxury homes (not commercial or production cabinetry)
Understanding of custom finishes, materials, and one-off builds
If they don’t have this, they will struggle immediately.
Ability to Read & Interpret Drawings Shop Drawings
Strong with architectural drawings, interior design plans, and shop drawings
Can catch design intent vs. fabrication reality gaps
Comfortable working with engineering/fabrication teams
End-to-End Project Management (Custom / Complex Projects)
Experience managing projects from:
Design → Engineering → Fabrication → Installation
Comfortable handling multiple projects at once
Strong with schedules, budgets, and change orders
This role is NOT just coordination—it’s full ownership.
Client-Facing / White-Glove Communication Skills
Experience working with:
Luxury homeowners
Interior designers
Architects
Ability to manage expectations, changes, and pressure professionally
This role is as much client experience as it is technical.
