Requirements:
- 12 or more years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2 application development.
- Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, and Oracle database technology.
- Experience with user role Segregation of Duties (SoD) in multi-tenant software environments.
- Experience in PathLock products including User Access Review, SSO, and Data Masking.
- Experience with SQR, Application Engine, SQL, and PS Query for enterprise reporting.
- Experience with WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance and ITIL framework methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Define and evolve long-term technical strategies and roadmaps for enterprise-scale ERP platforms.
- Lead digital transformations, cloud migrations, and modernization projects for multi-agency software suites.
- Collaborate with managed services providers to mitigate architectural risks, scalability issues, and legacy constraints.
- Architect secure integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and technical solutions for high-availability systems.
- Execute technical upgrades including PeopleSoft images, Fluid interfaces, and PeopleTools enhancements.
- Perform technical reviews of metadata structures, workflows, and automation rules to optimize system processes.
- Implement and maintain enterprise security products for user access review and data masking.
