Requirements:
- 15 or more years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 enterprise ERP platforms.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft Payroll module technical configurations, tax setups, and garnishments.
- Experience with Approval Workflow Engine, Application Designer, and Page Composer tools.
- Experience in Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services, and SQL query optimization.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager, Fluid User Interface, and Elasticsearch frameworks.
- Experience in SQR customization, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects for reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll lifecycle including calculation, confirmation, and post-confirmation auditing.
- Configure technical tables for earnings, deductions, pay groups, and commitment accounting.
- Develop functional design documents and technical specifications for system enhancements and break-fixes.
- Execute automated batch job monitoring, performance tuning, and cross-system data synchronization.
- Architect and implement security measures including multitenancy safeguards and NIST compliance standards.
- Coordinate fiscal year-end processing, benefit enrollment integrations, and disaster recovery exercises.
- Resolve complex Tier 2 service desk incidents through advanced troubleshooting and log analysis.
