Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Analyst

Location: Rockville,MD

Required Qualifications:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Configure and support HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation
  • Perform data conversion, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
  • Develop, test, and validate reports using OTBI and other reporting tools
  • Support UAT, system testing, and post go-live activities
  • Identify, document, and track issues using Jira or similar tools
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing functional support
  • Utilize SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel for data analysis and validation
  • Conduct end-user training and create functional documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to improve system performance and processes
