Required Qualifications:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud HCM
- Configure and support HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation
- Perform data conversion, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
- Develop, test, and validate reports using OTBI and other reporting tools
- Support UAT, system testing, and post go-live activities
- Identify, document, and track issues using Jira or similar tools
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing functional support
- Utilize SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel for data analysis and validation
- Conduct end-user training and create functional documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to improve system performance and processes
