Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support user access management for the entire behavioral health division
- Resolve access-related issues and tickets in a timely manner
- Address "quick wins" and clean up "low hanging fruit" in the IAM environment
- Assist with user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications
- Support access point systems and help maintain security protocols
- Collaborate with a team of IAM professionals
- Provide responsive help desk support for access-related inquiries
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn technical systems quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Brentwood, TN 3 days per week
- Experience with Active Directory (AD)
- Familiarity with Cerner or similar healthcare systems
- Previous help desk or IT support experience
- Understanding of basic IAM concepts
