Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and employees to address HR-related matters and support business goals
- Drive talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and engagement strategies
- Support implementation of HR programs, policies, and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and practices
- Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations and organizational development
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience working with leadership teams in an HR business partner or generalist capacity
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
- 8 years of HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in data-driven HR decision-making
