Role Overview
The Production Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting plant equipment and processes to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor grinding, blending, kiln, and material handling equipment
- Ensure continuous and accurate material flow across production stages
- Operate plant controls and equipment under supervision
- Report equipment conditions and production data to supervisors
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance activities
- Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, forklifts, and similar machinery as required
- Communicate effectively with operations and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in industrial environments
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Work Conditions & Requirements
