ABOUT THE ROLE
One of our clients, a leader in the construction materials industry, is seeking a Laborer to join their team in Stringtown, OK. You will perform maintenance, equipment operation, groundskeeping, and housekeeping tasks necessary to maintain plant sites, buildings, and machinery.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING *
Clean and prepare sites, including tree and debris removal.
- Tend to pumps, compressors, and generators.
- Utilize manual devices (shovels, brooms) and hand tools for plant upkeep and mechanical maintenance.
- Monitor the plant for material spills or mechanical failure and report issues to management.
- Operate power tools and drive company vehicles on-site as required.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR *
Education: High School diploma or GED (equivalent work experience considered).
- Experience: 1 year of general laborer experience.
- Skills: Manual dexterity, physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- License: Valid driver’s license required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS * Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
