About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support plant operations, maintenance, and reliability programs. This role includes participation in a structured learning and development program designed for early-career engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operation and maintenance of plant equipment
- Monitor preventative and predictive maintenance systems
- Assist in developing maintenance routines and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Analyze equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate maintenance planning and system optimization (e.g., SAP)
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field, or equivalent experience
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment & Safety
This role requires adherence to workplace safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
