About the Role:

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking Manufacturing / Distribution Associates to support production and distribution operations. This role involves assembling high-quality products, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring safety and quality standards across manufacturing and warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products with precision while maintaining quality standards
• Perform inspections, repairs, and refinements to ensure product excellence
• Use digital tools and tracking systems to document production activities
• Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Package and prepare products for shipment and delivery
• Maintain an organized workspace, tools, and equipment
• Support equipment maintenance through proactive communication
• Follow proper material handling techniques to ensure workplace safety
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and efficiency

Qualifications:

Required:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, pushing, pulling materials)
