About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor on behalf of one of our clients to lead and oversee all electrical maintenance activities at a cement plant. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum equipment reliability, safety compliance, and efficient execution of electrical and control system operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Ensure all electrical work (internal and contractors) complies with safety regulations and standards
- Manage Electrical Safe Work Practices (ESWP) and Energy Isolation (EI) programs
- Oversee maintenance of process and quality instrumentation for compliance and performance
- Monitor plant electrical systems through inspections and process monitoring to ensure reliability
- Plan, prioritize, and schedule electrical and control system work across departments
- Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Maintain electrical documentation, including equipment files, compliance records, and repair history
- Support budget planning and ensure adherence to electrical maintenance budgets
- Collaborate with plant leadership to prioritize improvement initiatives and CAPEX projects
- Evaluate and optimize control systems, including PLC and HMI systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues (hardware and software)
- Provide training and technical guidance to plant personnel
- Track, document, and manage continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards
Qualifications
Education:
- Technical degree OR 8 years of equivalent experience
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical supervision and project management
- Strong experience with PLC programming and HMI systems
Technical Skills
- SAP
- Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Experience working in industrial or plant environments
- High commitment to safety and compliance
