Job Summary:
Capco is a leading consultancy focused on financial services, dedicated to helping clients navigate complex changes and innovate within their organizations. As a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in agile methodologies and the Microsoft Power Platform to design and implement scalable automation solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to meet solution requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas, and vendors to identify, review, and evaluate solution requirements.
• Design efficient and scalable automation and business solutions in accordance with Microsoft best practices and vendor-specific design principles.
• Provide client consulting and planning guidance for moderate to complex projects.
• Configure new automation using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand, following an API-first methodology.
• Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration, bringing strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, and the Power Platform connector library.
• Deep knowledge of intelligent automation technologies and how to implement them at scale.
• Experience in the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including: Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) – configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience in the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including: Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook) – leveraging collaboration and productivity tools.
• Experience in the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including: Azure services – integration, security, identity, and cloud-based automation.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes, identifying fit-for-purpose Microsoft technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Dynamics 365 and M365 applications, ensuring seamless adoption and efficient use.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day issues with automation and business applications, delivering timely solutions.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security best practices in Microsoft environments.
• Willingness to work in the Orlando office three days per week.
