Job Summary:
AttainX Inc. is a certified Women Owned Small Business seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for the Department of Defense's digital and AI initiatives. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar contract, ensuring all program deliverables meet contractual and performance requirements while coordinating activities across various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive management and oversight of all program activities.
• Track and manage program initiatives, schedules, budgets and risks.
• Provide analytical and problem-solving support for AI and IT systems.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on Agile software development processes.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement and coordination across federal agency.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership/program management experience with progressively higher responsibility in the private and/or public sector
• At least five years of experience in data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Information Technology (IT)-related fields
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DA WAI) Level 3 certification
• Must have active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• US Citizenship required
Preferred:
• Master’s degree in business management, business administration or related field
