V2X is seeking Program and Project Management professionals to provide Facilities and Technical support to our government customer in the DC Metro area, with potential for worldwide travel. Candidates for these roles must be highly qualified, possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum), and demonstrate commitment to ensuring safe, reliable, and resilient facilities as well as a superior service experience for all agency employees.
The Contract Lead Program Manager shall interface between DIA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the White House (WH), and other program Government stakeholders, responsible for executing the contract and delivering appropriate staff to perform the contract. The Program Manager shall be proficient in developing project management plans, leading teams from a variety of organizations, developing project schedules, and monitoring / reporting project status.
Performance of this contract includes worldwide travel including the USCENTCOM AOR and other locations as required for completion of tasks directly related to this scope.
This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
- Responsible for the program from inception through physical and financial closeout.
- Highly skilled in customer service.
- Competent in reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledgeable in standard construction industry practices.
- Capable of developing cost estimates based on conceptual designs using R.S. Means.
- Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) and MS Project.
Education / Certifications:
- Master's degree in Business or Construction Management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is highly desired.
- 10 years of experience in Program Management, Facilities, Construction, and Design.
- The Contract Lead Program Manager will be responsible for executing the contract and delivering appropriate staff to perform the contract.
