About the Role
Paradise Grills is seeking a Power Platform Developer to maintain, troubleshoot, and expand our existing suite of business intelligence and automation tools. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable stepping into a mature Power Platform environment and ensuring data flows, reports, and apps continue to perform at a high level across the organization.
You’ll work closely with leadership and department heads to support ongoing business operations, refine existing solutions, and occasionally develop new reports or dashboards that provide actionable insights for our nationwide operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot solutions built within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
- Manage and optimize Power Query integrations across Power BI and Excel.
- Support and enhance data pipelines connected to NetSuite and other business systems.
- Monitor scheduled refreshes, permissions, and performance for BI assets.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, usability, and automation in current tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver new reporting or data-driven features when needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform components.
- Strong understanding of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M).
- Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint lists, and Excel-based data solutions.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP data integrations (via ODBC or API).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot data connection issues, refresh errors, and app logic.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and documentation skills.
Bonus Skills
- Experience creating or enhancing Power Apps for operational workflows.
- Knowledge of Power Automate for scheduled tasks and process automation.
- Comfort with SQL, data gateways, or system-level administration.

Compensation: $90,000 -$110,000
