The ideal candidate will have experience litigating employment class and representative actions, particularly those involving wage and hour and PAGA claims. Job Details
Qualifications
- Active member of the California Bar (required)
- 2 years of employment or class action litigation experience
- Strong understanding of the California Labor Code, FEHA, and PAGA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Commitment to teamwork and a positive, professional work environment
