The candidate would work on a team that manages class and PAGA wage and hour matters with occasional crossover into discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment litigation matters. While the candidate would have significant autonomy in managing their cases, Blackstone Law believes in creating a collaborative environment and the candidate will be working closely with the team lead and other attorneys to strategize and obtain the best possible result for the clients.
