Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic Regional Sales Representative to expand territory sales, cultivate commercial contractor accounts, and drive revenue growth in Taunton, MA. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and managing sales activity across the assigned New England territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect, develop, and close new commercial accounts across the assigned New England territory.
- Present product portfolios to general contractors, subcontractors, and commercial facility managers while identifying customer needs and appropriate solutions.
- Prepare accurate price quotations, negotiate contract terms, and secure long-term purchase agreements.
- Partner with technical support and customer service teams to ensure flawless order delivery and a positive customer experience.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and account activity logs to support effective territory management and sales planning.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of outside B2B sales experience in building products, commercial construction, or industrial supplies.
- Proven track record of territory growth and sales target overachievement.
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with disciplined time and route management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
