- Deliver aggressive quarterly marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Partner teams on GTM strategies.
- Design and execute high-impact Account-Based Marketing programs.
- Oversee US paid media campaigns to foster a test-and-learn culture.
- Develop thought leadership content that positions the company as a growth partner.
- Present monthly performance metrics to the Leadership Team.
- Travel domestically (~20–25%) for client events and key industry conferences.
- 5 years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing, focusing on B2B.
- Proven ability to lead growth marketing strategies in Ad Tech or Mar Tech.
- Successful experience in scaling B2B demand generation in the US market.
- Strong analytical skills regarding pipeline metrics and revenue attribution.
- Track record of successful ABM program development.
- Preferred agency-side experience.
- Existing relationships with Google US teams are advantageous.
- Must be based in Canada and able to work in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
