Accountabilities:
- Gather detailed information on existing applications by interviewing application owners and technical teams
- Develop and administer surveys and data collection tools to capture key application attributes
- Enter, manage, and maintain application data in platforms such as ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture, Excel, and Microsoft Access
- Design scalable and repeatable processes for collecting, updating, and tracking application data
- Maintain a centralized repository to support cloud migration efforts and enterprise architecture planning
- Build and manage data imports/exports between systems and validate existing reports for accuracy and completeness
- Document workflows, process flows, and data management procedures to ensure consistency and accessibility
- Follow up with stakeholders to verify and complete submitted data
- Strong experience in data management, data gathering, and quality assurance
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture or similar tools preferred
- Understanding of cloud migration projects or enterprise IT infrastructure is a plus
- Highly analytical mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
