Accountabilities
- Develop and execute global retail sales strategies aligned with corporate and regional priorities
- Analyze category trends, channel performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Lead annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly business review (QBR) processes, coordinating across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Program-manage cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional planning
- Build frameworks and playbooks for repeatable, scalable go-to-market execution
- Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability, enabling effective decision-making and operational excellence
- 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, or Business Operations, ideally in Consumer Electronics, CPG, or Omni-Channel Retail
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives that improve forecasting, planning, and execution
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
