- Collaborate with internal banking teams to prospect, onboard, and support new clients effectively.
- Monitor and ensure compliance of loans within the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain detailed prospect files, business strategies, and stay informed on market trends and banking regulations.
- Deliver excellent client service, advising on treasury management products and financial solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of commercial credit or banking experience; formal credit training is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of credit, intermediary lending, underwriting, non-profit accounting, and tax credits.
- Proven business development and relationship management skills with a track record of achieving growth goals.
