Position Overview
We’re seeking a driven and disciplined Investment Sales Associate to join our Houston-based investment sales team. This is a commission-only role designed for a producer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and performance-driven environment.
You’ll work directly with RAI’s Investment Sales Director, gaining hands-on experience in prospecting, valuation strategy, client communication, and full-cycle deal execution—from sourcing to closing.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of property owners, investors, and developers.
- Conduct 40–50 daily outreach touches (calls, emails, and messages).
- Research submarkets and identify off-market and value-add opportunities.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date CRM records for all contacts and opportunities.
- Partner with the Analyst for pricing support, underwriting, and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with Marketing to prepare offering memoranda, email campaigns, and social media promotions.
- Coordinate property tours, investor calls, and transaction follow-up.
- Track offers, negotiations, and closing milestones.
- Stay informed on Houston-area comps, rent trends, and new development activity.
- Present market insights and deal activity summaries to leadership in weekly meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or investment sales preferred.
- Proven ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting and relationship development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of investment fundamentals (NOI, cap rates, IRR, rent rolls, pro forma analysis).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- CCIM coursework or professional certification interest is a plus.
- Must be organized, proactive, and driven by measurable results.

Compensation and Details
- Commission-Only, Independent Contractor Structure
