Overview
We are seeking skilled welders to join our manufacturing team. The role involves welding metal components to fabricate, assemble, or repair products while maintaining high quality standards.

3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:00am | $23–$26/hr $2/hr shift premium - Overtime: Available during the week and Saturdays

Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding, cutting, grinding, finishing, and assembly of metal parts.
- Inspect welded parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications.
- Operate equipment such as MIG and or TIG welders, oxyacetylene torch, grinders, saws, and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety rules.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting, meeting daily output goals.
Requirements
- Prior welding experience; TIG welding required
- Ability to read and follow weld prints, instructions and safety procedures.
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, and stoop.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct deficiencies.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
