What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Coordinator *Internal position position at Job&Talent?
The warehouse Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between our client and contingent workforce. This role oversees daily workforce operations, employee engagement, compliance, and performance metrics. The Onsite Coordinator is also responsible for the successful implementation, training, and utilization of the JobandTalent (JT) App to ensure operational efficiency, timekeeping accuracy, and workforce communication.
Workforce Management
Manage daily attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage
Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding
Ensure all employee profiles, badges, and system entries are completed prior to start date
Monitor service rates, headcount, and productivity metrics daily
Address attendance issues, policy violations, and terminations
Ensure proper timekeeping practices (no offsite clock-ins/outs, documented edits, 30-minute lunch compliance, etc.)
JobandTalent (JT) App Implementation & Management
Lead implementation and adoption of the JT App for all new and existing associates
Ensure all employees download, activate, and properly log into the JT App
Train employees on clock-in/out procedures, profile updates, and communication tools within the app
Monitor app compliance and follow up with associates who fail to complete required steps
Support troubleshooting for login, profile, and timekeeping issues
Ensure all workforce data is accurately reflected in the JT platform
Promote consistent use of the app for communication, scheduling, and updates
Employee Support
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns
Assist with timecard corrections and payroll inquiries
Support engagement, retention, and performance improvement initiatives
Enforce attendance and workplace policies
Client Relations
Maintain daily communication with client leadership
Provide updates on headcount, service rates, attrition, and workforce trends
Participate in client walk-throughs and operational meetings
Proactively communicate staffing needs and recruitment goals
Compliance & Administrative Duties
Ensure completion of background checks, drug screenings, and E-Verify requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and trackers (attendance, terminations, performance)
Ensure proper documentation of time edits and disciplinary actions
Track and report turnover and operational
