Candidates Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is required for this role.
- 10 or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required for this role.
- 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience improving plant equipment reliability.
- Experience managing mechanical and electrical technicians responsible for proactive and reactive maintenance.
- Maintenance leadership experience in a union environment is a plus, not a requirement for this role.
