Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in-person customer visits.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while developing long-term relationships with B2B customers.
- Identify customer packaging needs and deliver tailored product and service solutions.
- Grow market share by expanding existing accounts and winning new business within the assigned territory.
- Travel throughout the territory to meet with customers, generate leads, and close new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Previous success in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
- Strong outside sales experience with proven cold prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build a territory or book of business from the ground up.
- Self-motivated "hunter" mentality with the ability to travel regularly to customer locations.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
