We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Territory Sales Representative search.
Responsibilities:
- Manages, develops, and grows the assigned territory by exhibiting a thorough knowledge of the industry, the customer’s business needs and product capabilities.
- Identifies potential new customers through various channels, prepares sales materials and arranges meetings to introduce the company and its products.
- Keeps customers informed of market trends and associated product offerings.
- Serves as a profitability resource to customers by suggesting ways to reduce cost, increase margin or expand growing space.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling consumer products to major retailers such as Home Depot and Lowe's.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Comfortable and effective at traveling within a territory to visit various retailers.
