We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with an Assistant Controller search in the Cleveland, OH area.
We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement, as well as the option for a full-time onsite position in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Leads cost accounting
- Oversees financial reporting
- Manages forecasting
- Drives performance management for the site
- Partners closely with site management
- Works with supply chain to implement appropriate inventory controls
- Focuses on continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Experienced in a finance/accounting role within the manufacturing sector, with a background in manufacturing cost accounting.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
