We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with an Accounting Assistant search in the Cuyahoga Falls, OH area.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Conduct daily reconciliations of bank deposits and ACH payments, and track and report business-related taxes.
- Complete payroll processing using payroll software.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in manufacturing bookkeeping and accounting.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial management.
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and ethical standards.
