We are currently assisting our client with a Service Sales Executive - Facility Services search in the Cleveland, OH area.
This position offers a six-figure base salary along with commissionable earning potential. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package and a car allowance.
Responsibilities:
- Target Prospective Customers for Facility Service Agreements
- Develop comprehensive proposals that detail facility service programs, highlighting both financial and tangible benefits for clients.
- Demonstrate experience in selling professional services, ideally in facility maintenance, to large organizations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in selling service contracts to large commercial, industrial, institutional, or government accounts.
- Exhibit a proactive hunter mentality, consistently seeking new opportunities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
