About the role
This role supports internal employees with day-to-day IT needs in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will be a key onsite resource, including acting as primary IT support for an incoming acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide onsite and remote end-user IT support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
• Support employees locally and globally
• Maintain IT support documentation and procedures
• Serve as primary IT point of contact for a newly integrated team
Qualifications
• Proven experience in corporate IT / end-user support
• Strong hands-on support for MacOS and Windows environments
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Exposure to Okta and Workspace ONE preferred
• Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
• Estimated hourly range: $40–$50/hr (W-2)
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results
