The following are the activities will be performed by Process program manager
- Project management
- Project management , SCRUM management
- Utilize Track & Trend to monitor complaint patterns, detect emerging issues, and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for Quality, Regulatory, and Management teams.
- Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, and GxP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, R&D) to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate records and traceability.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
