What this job involves Perform daily facility walkthroughs and ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and workspaces Respond promptly to service requests, work orders, and occupant inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, deliveries, and special projects under the guidance of the Manager Support move management, space adjustments, and office setup activities Monitor inventory of supplies (e.g., kitchen, cleaning, signage) and place timely orders Assist in emergency response, security protocols, and business continuity efforts as needed Interested?
