Job Description:
The client is seeking a Specialized Developer V – Salesforce to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Salesforce applications that support critical business requirements. This role involves high-complexity, system-level analysis, design, development, and unit testing based on user requirements and technical design documents. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying and resolving defects during various testing cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs
Perform system-level analysis, development, and unit testing of Salesforce applications
Resolve defects identified during integration, UAT, and production testing cycles
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
Lead development efforts and contribute to technical decision-making
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns
In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Certifications (Highly Preferred):
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (preferred for LWC-heavy implementations)
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
Ability to lead initiatives and work independently with minimal supervision
Salary : $55 - $60
