The candidate will also be responsible for identifying and resolving defects during various testing cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs
- Perform system-level analysis, development, and unit testing of Salesforce applications
- Resolve defects identified during integration, UAT, and production testing cycles
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
- Lead development efforts and contribute to technical decision-making
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits
- 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (preferred for LWC-heavy implementations)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Ability to lead initiatives and work independently with minimal supervision
